Stage 3 proposed rules are currently under review at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) – the last stop before being released for public comment. A description accompanying the rules suggest that Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) may revise the 2015 reporting period, change program timelines and propose a new single definition for Meaningful Use.
