On February 12, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Kathleen Sebelius, addressed the American Medical Association (AMA) National Advocacy Conference. Secretary Sebelius noted that care delivery is being transformed, as shown by the more than 250 organizations signing-up to form Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), serving more than four million Medicare beneficiaries.
