Interoperability is undoubtedly a healthcare “buzz” word, and I was able to gain a new perspective on what it might take to achieve true interoperability after sitting in on a keynote last week from Malcolm Gladwell.
Interoperability is one of those “buzz” words that gets people in the healthcare industry “oohing” and “ahing;” a word that seems linked to the future of this new healthcare.
