This project is approx 6 years behind the schedule and it won’t be ready until 2014, already wasted hundreds of millions of taxpayers $ (this is the 3rd attempt to implement the system, two previous versions were not usable)… just to comment on “Knowing is better than now knowing”

Just a justification of the millions they are going to waste on the system, only to blow it away on 1000$ dinners and flights. They tried something similar a few years back, and it got scrapped. Don’t get excited, vote liberal!
