The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT and the Federal Communications Commission jointly published a request for information in today's Federal Register asking for “broad input” with regard to what elements should be considered for a risk-based regulatory framework to be proposed for health IT.
