I’m sure that many providers grappling with the transition to the 2014 edition of certified electronic health record technology are breathing easier now that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT have proposed a new rule to accept the 2011 edition for an additional year.
