A random question – Suppose a physician sets up a his/her clinic after 2016. Does the clinic has to be compliant with EHR then to start practice? If yes, at that time if the clinic is made compliant of EHR, will he be getting any incentive being with the fact that the clinic is new and opened after 2016?
