We may be closer than ever to understanding the complex anatomy of the human brain, thanks to the introduction of a new three-dimensional tool that has created a digital reconstruction of the human brain, called the BigBrain. The creation got us thinking about other ways the healthcare industry is taking advantage of 3-D technology.
