Excerpt from a 1966 film on use of computers in healthcare, this segment from Akron general hospital predicts great things for computers in medicine. 🙂

I don’t have time for a full debate, and I DO hope I’m wrong…it’s just my opinion.
Give it time, and we’ll have our answer…
We’ve been losing a LOT of our privacy lately, and the government seems to be doing it’s best to completely do away with the Constitution (amongst other things) since 9/11, and there hasn’t been much of a “hiccup” from anybody about that…
Congress and Obama also created and passed the NDAA last year, and there wasn’t much of a “hiccup” about that, either…just sayin

Lol, I’m a mechanical engineer. If anything, I’ve been taught to approach an issue with alot of healthy skepiticism. Tell me, in detailed, credible steps, how Obamacare will eventually implement RFID, without so much as a hiccup from the public concerning privacy.

If you’ve been keeping up on current events, you’d note that ever since 9/11 our government has been operating on a very slippery slope…
Educate yourself & don’t believe everything you hear on the mainstream ‘propaganda’ news.
As Albert Einstein said..”Unthinking respect for authority, is the greatest enemy of truth.”
And as P. J. O’Rourke said..”A little government and a little luck are necessary in life, but only a fool trusts either of them.”

That’s a very slippery slope you got there.

Digitizing all health records to provide supposedly cheap/efficient/accessible information storage, will be step #1 for initiating the New World Order’s subversive plan to require implantation of an electronic RFID tracking chip in every man, woman, and child..to do this requires 100% participation by the public. This is why the mandatory health care law is being pushed on our society through the new O’bama care program.

I’ll bet that by 1970 there won’t be any paper used at all any hospitals……oh, never mind

This was filmed at Akron Children’s Hospital (not Akron General). Pictured (speaking) is our president (at that time), Roger Sherman.
